Somewhere in Space

This is a piece I drew in one sitting during a blizzard in 1978.  I started working on it in the early evening and finished it at one or two the next morning.  I didn’t have to go to work as the roads were all closed.  I learned that my grandmother had died overnight in the hospital.  None of this story relates to the drawing but I will never forget where I was when I drew it.
